Conference Registration Fees

Delegate Rate £315.00 + VAT @ 17.5% = £370.13
BTS Member Rate £260.00 + VAT @ 17.5% = £305.50
Nurse/Student/Paramedic¹ £110.00 + VAT @ 17.5% = 129.25

¹Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

The registration fee includes:

• Lunch on both conference days
• Mid session refreshments on both conference days
• Access to all conference sessions and poster area
• Abstract book

Optional conference dinner

An optional conference dinner will be held on the evening of 14 May 2009. Details will be available shortly. The cost of the dinner is £20 + VAT @ 17.5% = £23.50 and tickets should be booked via the conference registration form.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the symposium. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the symposium secretariat.

Alternative payment methods

Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier Ltd. and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by (air)mail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the symposium secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions can be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary the cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 2 April 2009, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received 16 April 2009, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 16 April 2009, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at the time of going to print. The organisers reserve the right to change any session in the final programme.
